For destinations beyond 50 miles, you are responsible for covering mileage, hotel, flights, car and per diem, calculated based on national averages. 3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience for all. For local sessions within a 50-mile radius, cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled shoot to receive a full refund. For events requiring travel beyond 50 miles, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid charges, as this allows sufficient time to adjust travel arrangements. Please contact us promptly to cancel or reschedule, ensuring we can continue to provide personalized, high-quality photography services tailored to your needs.
